Sodium Bicarbonate

We add sodium for muscle contraction, muscle performance, and joint movement. Sodium also has energy boosting properties, making it ideal for endurance sport. Added benefits include increased nutrient bioavailability, and improved focus.* This ingredient also smooths the flavor and reduces coffee bitterness.

Potassium Gluconate

We add potassium to support hydration and fluid retention in the body. This electrolyte can also improve muscle control and nervous system function. Added benefits include blood pressure management and heart health.*

Calcium Citrate

Calcium cannot be produced by the body. Dietary calcium is particularly important for endurance athletes to replace what is lost through perspiration. Calcium is important to aid bone health, muscle contraction, and hormone regulation.*

Magnesium Citrate

Magnesium is an essential electrolyte stored in muscles. It can reduce lactate levels in the body, aiding an athletes ability to recover. Added benefits include muscle relaxation as well as digestion improvement.*
