By becoming an ambassador, it allows me to share my JOY for both coffee and running! I love seeing others find success while using the LRC like I have. Plus it tastes so amazing!
I enjoy a morning cup (or two) before my run, then I hit the trails. Sometimes I actually bring mid-run coffee for a treat when I'm out for several hours. My runs feel easier, my hydration levels stay topped off while running and recovery is quicker. Many friends have already noticed the difference it can make in their training as well as their general wellbeing. My favorite flavor is The Long Run, but I also like Junk Miles....two of my favorite types of runs LOL

I love coffee, but I haven't be able to drink it for years because it bothered my stomach. That made my early morning runs really tough. LRC not only gives me the electrolytes I need for my crazy training, but it's gentle on my stomach.
I think personal stories are important when you're telling someone to spend their money on something. It didn't matter what I did before -- antacids, drinking something else beforehand, eating first -- nothing worked. Very few of us believe ads anymore.
